Unlike other blockchain devices like the Solana Mobile Saga, the dGEN1 does not support telecom features, focusing exclusively on Ethereum interactions. It runs on a customized version of LineageOS, a well-known Android variant incorporating a native Nimbus light client. This allows users to verify their transactions directly, reducing reliance on potentially unreliable third-party services.
A notable aspect of the dGEN1 is its built-in browser, which supports IPFS and. eth domains, making it easier for users to access decentralized content.
