Binance crypto exchange has announced its dedication to supporting the forthcoming network upgrade of aelf (ELF).
This upgrade is set to occur at block height 175,663,892 around 1:00 PM on October 17, 2023.
To prepare for the upgrade, Binance told users to take note that the ability to deposit and withdraw ELF tokens on the aelf network will be temporarily suspended starting at around 12:00 on October 17, 2023.
However, the exchange said that it’s crucial to understand that the trading of ELF tokens on the aelf network will continue without any interruptions. This means that users can engage in their trading activities as usual without any constraints during this period.
As part of its commitment to delivering experiences for its users, Binance reportedly said it will manage all the necessary technical aspects for this upgrade.
The exchange’s team will ensure a smooth transition, enabling users to enjoy the enhanced features and improvements that the upgraded aelf network will offer.
Once the upgraded network is confirmed to be stable and fully operational, Binance will reinstate the ability to deposit and withdraw ELF tokens.
On September 26, 2023, Binance crypto exchanges confirmed its support for the upcoming Celo (CELO) network upgrade and Hard Fork. This upgrade happened at around 17:15 at block height 21,616,000.
