RaveDAO Partners with 808 Festival to Connect Global Fans with Asia’s Flagship EDM Weekender

RaveDAO Partners with 808 Festival to Connect Global Fans with Asia’s Flagship EDM Weekender

RaveDAO, a global community bringing together music, technology, and live entertainment, is partnering with 808 Festival for its 2026 edition, taking place at BITEC Bangkok on October 2–3. The collaboration brings together two communities with a shared focus on electronic music, live experiences, and culture, as 808 Festival welcomes fans from Thailand and across the region for two days of music in Bangkok.

“808 Festival has built one of the strongest electronic music communities in the region,” said Ron Yung, Operations Lead at RaveDAO. “We’re excited to support this year’s edition and connect more fans with an experience that has become such an important part of Thailand’s dance music scene.”

Founded in 2013, 808 Festival has grown into one of Southeast Asia’s most established electronic music events. Over the past decade, the festival has welcomed leading international artists including Hardwell, W&W, and Armin van Buuren, while building a loyal audience across Thailand and the wider region.

The festival has taken place at major venues across the country, including BITEC Bangkok, Live Park Rama 9, Show DC, and Nong Nooch Garden in Pattaya. In 2026, 808 Festival returns to BITEC Bangkok with another international lineup spanning multiple sides of electronic music.

The Phase One lineup features ILLENIUM, W&W, Argy, Ben Nicky, Ian Asher, Mary Droppinz, and RIVO. The announcement also includes two exclusive back-to-back performances: Adam Beyer B2B Chris Avantgarde and SLANDER B2B NGHTMRE. More artists will be announced ahead of the festival.

As part of the collaboration, the 2026 edition will also feature on-chain fan experiences, including ticketing and digital receipts via PLVR, with both Web3 and card checkout options and fan rewards and loyalty experiences designed to extend engagement beyond the event.

“808 has always been about bringing people together around music and creating an experience they remember,” said Arsit Prachaseri, CEO and Founder of 808 Festival. “RaveDAO shares that community-first mindset, and we’re looking forward to what we can build together this year.”

The collaboration reflects RaveDAO’s growing network of live entertainment initiatives across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Through its work with festivals, artists, organizers, and local communities, RaveDAO continues to explore how technology can extend participation around live music and strengthen connections across its global community.

Tickets for 808 Festival 2026 are available through PLVR, with both card and Web3 payment options. For event updates and future lineup announcements, users can visit 808festival.net.
