TBook, the pioneering embedded RWA (Real World Assets) liquidity layer, has closed a new funding round led by SevenX Ventures, with a valuation exceeding $100 million. The round also attracted participation from Mask Network, prominent family offices, and existing investors, bringing TBook’s cumulative funding to over $10 million.
This latest round brings TBook’s investor roster to include SevenX Ventures, Sui Foundation, KuCoin Ventures, Mask Network, HT Capital, VistaLabs, Blofin, Bonfire Union, LYVC, GoPlus, among others.
The protocol is targeting its Token Generation Event (TGE) in Q1 2026, according to official documentation.
Building the Infrastructure for On-Chain Reputation and Asset Distribution
TBook is architecting an embedded RWA liquidity layer that intelligently connects asset issuers with qualified users through robust on-chain reputation infrastructure. At its core lies the Incentive Passport system — a credential-based identity layer that captures user behavior and qualifications across multiple blockchain ecosystems.
According to TBook co-founder Nick, the Incentive Passport has now surpassed 10 million users. Of these, over 6.4 million have minted the WISE Credit Score, a sophisticated multi-dimensional reputation system that evaluates users across four key dimensions: Wealth, Identity, Social, and Engagement. This proprietary scoring mechanism enables intelligent matching between asset issuers and users, empowering protocols and institutions to distribute assets to precisely the right audience based on verifiable on-chain credentials.

TBook co-founder Nick Young was recently featured on ANC’s “The Future of Money” — a flagship program on the Philippines’ premier English-language news channel. ANC, part of ABS-CBN (Southeast Asia’s oldest and largest broadcasterwith 53M+ YouTube subscribers), is the country’s only 24-hour English news channel and serves as thedui go-to platform for business leaders, policymakers, and decision-makers across the region.
Partnering with Sui to Build Critical RWA Distribution Infrastructure
TBook has cemented itself as a critical piece of RWA distribution infrastructure on the Sui blockchain. Through strategic collaboration with the Sui ecosystem, TBook is establishing itself as the essential bridge between Layer 1 networks and real-world asset issuers.
Beyond Sui, TBook also operates the largest incentive asset distribution network on TON, underscoring its chain-agnostic architecture and proven ability to scale across diverse blockchain ecosystems.
TBook’s infrastructure is built on a proprietary three-layer architecture: the Identity Layer (Incentive Passports and vSBTs), the Intelligence Layer (WISE Credit Score), and the Settlement Layer (TBook Vault). Through deep integrations with leading Layer 1 ecosystems, TBook is positioning itself as the “Star Alliance” of crypto — a premier connector between premium assets and qualified users across chains.
Bringing Real World Assets to the Real World
TBook has been strategically forging partnerships that bring tokenized real-world assets to emerging markets at scale.
Earlier, TBook announced a landmark collaboration with Omnipay, the largest payment infrastructure provider in the Philippines, marking a pivotal step toward integrating RWA distribution with real-world payment rails across high-growth emerging markets.
TBook has also partnered with R25, an institutional-grade RWA protocol, to distribute yield-bearing products. This partnership solidifies TBook’s role as the definitive distribution layer for institutional-grade financial products reaching real-world users.
Looking ahead, TBook will continue expanding partnerships with institutional fintech players globally, driven by a singular mission: bring RWA to the real world — connecting on-chain assets with off-chain users at unprecedented scale.
